Grading Explained

Refurbished tech products are pre-owned devices that have been professionally restored to like-new condition. They undergo rigorous testing, cleaning, and repairs to ensure full functionality, then are resold at a fraction of the original price.

Our grading system rates devices from A to C. Grade A items show minimal signs of use with pristine screens and casings. Grade B products have light cosmetic wear but function perfectly. Grade C devices display moderate wear and minor cosmetic imperfections.

Each grade comes with a 12-month warranty and at least 80% of battery health for your peace of mind.
