2. Are your phones and laptops unlocked?
Yes — all devices are fully unlocked and work with all major UK networks unless clearly stated otherwise.
3. Do your devices come with accessories?
Yes. Every device includes:
- Charging cable
- SIM tray tool (for phones)
- 12‑month warranty documentation
Original boxes and chargers may be included unless specified.

1. What does Grade A mean?
- Excellent condition
- Minimal or no visible signs of use
- Battery health 85%+
- Fully functional
2. What does Grade B mean?
- Light wear, such as small marks or micro‑scratches
- Battery health 80–85%
- Fully functional
3. Do you replace batteries?
Batteries meet manufacturer‑recommended health standards. If a battery does not meet our threshold, it is replaced before sale.

1. What warranty do you offer?
All devices come with a 12‑month warranty covering:
- Hardware faults
- Touchscreen issues
- Battery defects
- Charging problems
- Camera faults
It does not cover accidental or liquid damage.
2. What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your device for a refund or exchange. The device must be in the same condition as received.
3. How do I start a return or warranty claim?
