At MyRefurbTech, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a reliable shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Returns & Refund Policy outlines your rights and the process for returning items.

1. Returns Eligibility:

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included, and not damaged due to misuse or handling after delivery. Certain items may be exempt from returns for hygiene or safety reasons.

2. EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Cancellation:

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at support@myrefurbtech.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to cancel. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original transaction. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items: 

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@myrefurbtech.com. Include your order number, description of the issue, and photo or video evidence. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund where appropriate.

4. Return Process:

Contact support@myrefurbtech.com, provide your order details and reason for return, and wait for return instructions and approval. Do not send items back without prior approval.

5. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please use a tracked shipping service.

6. Refunds:

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges:

Available only for defective or damaged items. Contact support to arrange.

8. Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled (EU customers retain their 14-day cancellation right as described above).

9. Late or Missing Refunds: 

Check your bank account first, then contact your payment provider. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@myrefurbtech.com or chat with us in-store.
